Each camp requires a $65 deposit (applied towards camp tuition) to hold a student's place in camp.  

This deposit is non-refundable.  


Summer Camps begin June 5 and run through August 11.

A REMINDER OF OUR CAMP POLICIES 

  • CAMPS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THE FIRST DAY.
     
  • PAYMENTS NOT RECEIVED BY DAY 2 WILL RESULT IN A $25 LATE FEE.

  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WHEN CANCELLING WITHIN ONE WEEK OF CAMP START DATE.  
     
  • ALL CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO 7 DAYS BEFORE START DATE WILL BE GIVEN A REFUND LESS YOUR $65 DEPOSIT.
     
  • $5 TRANSFER FEE APPLIED TO ALL TRANSFERS UP TO 7 DAYS PRIOR TO START DATE.
     
  • $25 TRANSFER FEE APPLIED TO ALL TRANSFERS WITHIN THE WEEK PRIOR TO CAMP START DATE.
     
  • ALL CAMPS NEED 4 STUDENTS TO "MAKE".  WHEN A CAMP DOESN'T "MAKE", CAMPERS WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER CAMP OR ISSUED AN IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND.  ALL CAMP DECISIONS WILL BE MADE 3 DAYS PRIOR TO CAMP START DATE VIA EMAIL.
